What data we collect
Only what you type into the contact forms: your name, one contact detail (e-mail or phone), the piece you are interested in, and your message. In the wholesale area also company name, city, country and — if you choose to provide them — VAT number and type of business.
Nothing is collected automatically: no statistics, no browsing tracking, no advertising profile.
Why we use it
Solely to answer your enquiry and, if the conversation continues, to agree availability, shipping and purchase with you. We send no newsletters and do not pass your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
For as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and any relationship that follows. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, or object to its processing, by writing to maisonhu@outlook.com. We reply using the details you gave us.
Cookies
The site uses only technical storage in your browser, for two things: remembering the language you chose and remembering that you have already seen the cookie notice. Nothing else.
There are no analytics, profiling or third-party cookies. You can clear this data from your browser settings at any time: the site will keep working.
